Our HIV team consists of a skilled team of professionals, including a nurse case coordinator nationally certified in AIDS care and a social worker trained in family therapy and substance abuse matters. Our goal is to not only help patients manage their physical health but to provide the tools, support, and advocacy they need to sustain their well-being.
